      Answer    Yes they can. you have to set it up in your CPANEL.

Question   How do I log into my FTP?
      Answer    Well once you downloaded a FTP Program, open it, and Host Name is http://www.yourdomain.com, UserName is your username@http://www.yourdomain.com,[do not forget the @] and then put your password

Question   Why don’t I see anything yet on my site?
      Answer    The 1st file you should upload to your FTP is an index.html file, on this file is where your site will open to 1st. Also, give all new sites at least 24 - 48 hrs until they are launched.

Question   Where do I load my files?
      Answer    Load all your files in the PUBLIC_HTML folder.
